Shopify migrations

A migration is a data project and a design project at once. We plan the data first: what moves, what gets cleaned up, and how every old URL redirects. Then we build the new store while the old one keeps selling, and cut over on a day we choose together, with everyone watching.

Yes. Every service on this page stands on its own. Design without development, an audit without a retainer, a migration without a redesign. We’ll tell you when combining them would save you money, and leave the decision with you.
On level of effort, not a menu. Full builds tend to land around $50K. Retainers run $3K to $9K a month and we track hours openly. Once we set a number, it doesn’t move without a conversation first.
