Shopify measure
We measure what we make. Every decision gets tested against real customer behavior.
A storefront is a set of guesses until customers show up. Measurement is how we replace the guesses with answers. We set up tracking that can be trusted, run tests that can be read, and turn what we learn into the next thing we build. This is the discipline that makes the other three compound.
Measure services
CRO
More orders from the traffic you already have.
Conversion rate optimization is the steady work of finding where customers hesitate and removing the reason. We run it as a program, not a one-time audit: research, hypotheses, tests, and changes that ship most weeks.
A/B Testing Programs
Tests you can trust, run at a pace that adds up.
Most A/B tests fail because of how they’re run, not what they test. We set up the tooling, the statistics, and the cadence so every test produces an answer you can act on, and we run them as a program that never goes quiet.
Analytics & Attribution
Numbers you can make decisions on.
Bad tracking is worse than no tracking, because it feels like knowing. We set up GA4, server-side tagging, and the pixels your channels need, then reconcile them so the revenue in your dashboards matches the revenue in Shopify.
Site & Funnel Audits
A clear read on what’s working and what’s in the way.
An audit is the fastest way to work with us. In two weeks you get a written, prioritized read on your storefront: design, code, speed, tracking, and the funnel from landing page to order. You can hand it to any team, including yours.
Customer Journey Mapping
See the store from the customer’s side.
Most storefronts are organized around the catalog. Customers don’t shop that way. We map the paths real customers take, from the first ad to the fifth reorder, and find the moments where the store helps or gets in the way.
LTV & Cohort Analysis
Know what a customer is worth before you spend to get one.
Lifetime value is the number that decides how much you can afford to grow. We build cohort analysis on your real order data, so you know which customers come back, which products bring them back, and what each acquisition channel is actually worth.
Measure in practice
All workTeddy Baldassarre

Storefront work paired with a testing program that ships a change most weeks
Beach Riot
Swim & activewear
Tuned for a catalog that turns over every season without the build turning over with it
Measure questions
For A/B testing, yes, enough to reach a result in a few weeks. Under that, we still measure, just differently: analytics, recordings, and interviews tell us plenty. We’ll be straight with you about which method fits your traffic.
GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Shopify’s own reporting are the base. For testing we work in whatever fits your stack and budget, and we set up session recording and surveys where they help. We don’t resell software.
Audits and analytics setups are projects. CRO and testing programs are ongoing, because the value is in the compounding. Most clients start with an audit and continue on a retainer.
